How do I request a refund?
Email support@grahai.com with your payment ID within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
I paid but my plan is not active.
Please wait 2–3 minutes for payment confirmation. If the issue persists, email us with your payment ID and we will activate it manually within the hour.
Are GrahAI subscriptions auto-renewing?
No. All GrahAI plans are one-time purchases with a fixed duration (30 days, 1 year, etc.). They simply expire — no auto-renewal, no cancellation needed.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card or banking details.
How are digital reports delivered?
Reports are generated and delivered instantly within your GrahAI account (under My Reports / Dashboard). You can download or re-view them any time.
Do you accept international cards?
Yes — we accept international credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and major international payment methods via Razorpay. Prices are shown in your local currency.
