Why most UAE charts are quietly wrong
The UAE is UTC+4 with no Daylight Saving — exactly 1 hour 30 minutes behind IST. It is a simple offset, but it is not IST, and a chart that assumes IST for a Dubai birth is off by an hour and a half.
