Cancellation & Refund Policy

GrahAI provides digital astrology services including AI-generated Kundli reports, predictions, matching analyses, and AI chat consultations. These are digital content products delivered instantly upon purchase. Astrological content is based on Vedic astrology interpretations and is inherently subjective.

Reports are digital content, generated for your specific birth details and delivered within minutes, and the opening chapter is shown free before any payment. Refunds are therefore issued where delivery or billing went wrong, not for a change of mind about the reading:

• Service not delivered: Report or feature was not activated due to a technical error on our end
• Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same service
• Payment charged but plan not activated: Your account was not upgraded despite successful payment
• Material discrepancy: Service delivered was materially different from what was described at the time of purchase

Where a refund is due under this section, there are no fees or deductions of any kind — you get back the full amount you paid.

Something wrong with the report itself? Tell us and we will fix it rather than leave you with it: wrong birth details, a chapter that failed to generate, or the wrong language are all regenerated at no charge, as many times as it takes to get it right. Email support@grahai.com.

• A delivered report you disagree with: astrological interpretation is subjective, and the free opening chapter exists so you can judge ours before paying. A report that generated and delivered correctly is not refunded because its conclusions were unwelcome or did not match another astrologer's
• Reports built on birth details you entered incorrectly: we regenerate these free instead — see Section 2
• Unused days of a subscription period: cancelling stops the next charge; the period already paid for runs to its end
• Chat credits and questions already used

To request a refund:

• Email support@grahai.com within 7 days of the charge
• Include: your registered email, the Order/Transaction ID, and what went wrong
• We will review your request and respond within 48 hours

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
• Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account
• Refund amount will be the actual amount paid (after any discounts/coupons applied)

Individual reports, the 5 AI Questions pack, and GrahAI Plus/Annual purchased outside India are one-time purchases. There is nothing to cancel and nothing will charge you again — access simply expires at the end of its stated period.

GrahAI Plus and Annual purchased in India (INR) are the one exception: they run as a genuine auto-renewing subscription that renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

• Cancel any time from Account → Cancel auto-renewal — no email or support ticket required
• Cancelling stops the next charge only. It does not cut off the period you've already paid for — every GrahAI Plus feature stays active until that period ends, then access lapses on its own
• There are no cancellation charges
• If a renewal payment fails, we retry automatically and your access continues uninterrupted while we do — you are never locked out mid-retry
• The unused portion of an already-active period is not refundable on cancellation

Purchases made with coupon codes or promotional discounts are eligible for refund of the actual amount paid (discounted price), not the original listed price. Coupon codes cannot be reinstated after a refund is processed.
