• Pro Plan (₹499) — 90 days access to all features
• Annual Plan (₹999) — 365 days unlimited access
• Premium Reports (₹299-₹999) — One-time AI-generated PDF reports

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Cancellation Policy

• All GrahAI plans are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions.
• There is no auto-renewal. Your plan expires automatically after the stated duration.
• No cancellation is required — your access simply ends when the plan expires.
• You will not be charged again unless you manually purchase a new plan.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• The paid service did not work as described on our website
• You were charged incorrectly or charged multiple times for the same transaction
• You experienced technical issues that prevented you from using paid features
• The service was significantly different from what was advertised

Non-Refundable Cases

• Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase
• If you have already consumed the majority of paid features (e.g., generated reports, used AI chat extensively)
• Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions — our service is for entertainment and guidance purposes only
• Change of mind after purchasing (if service was delivered as described)

How to Request a Refund

• Your registered email address
• Razorpay Payment ID or Transaction Reference Number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for requesting the refund

Refund Processing

• All refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, card, etc.)
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
• Bank processing times may vary — please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
