Non-negotiables

The commitments behind GrahAI Intelligence

Astrology has been used to frighten people for centuries. We built GrahAI on the opposite premise: that a reading should leave you understanding yourself better — never afraid of your future. These are the rules we hold every report, every page, and every answer to.

We never use fear to sell

You will not find a GrahAI page that threatens doom, curses, or catastrophe to push a purchase. If a chart shows a challenging period, a report says so calmly, explains the reasoning, and pairs it with what you can actually do. Fear converts customers; it does not serve them.

We never guarantee outcomes

No GrahAI report guarantees marriage, money, health, career success, or any life event. Astrology describes tendencies and timing; it does not fix your future. Any product that promises certainty about your life is misleading you — including if that product were ours.

We never create dependency

A good report should reduce your need to keep asking, not increase it. Reports end with clear takeaways you can act on independently. We would rather you return because a reading proved useful than because it left you anxious for the next one.

We never manufacture superstition

We do not invent fears to remedy. Recommended practices in our reports are framed as traditional, optional, and free or low-cost wherever possible — reflection, timing awareness, discipline — never as purchases required to escape misfortune.

We always show our reasoning

Every significant conclusion in a report is tied to the placements, yogas, or dasha periods it rests on. If we cannot ground a statement in your computed chart, it does not belong in your report. You should be able to weigh our reasoning, not just accept our verdict.

We always state the limits

Reports say plainly what they cannot do: they are not medical, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for professional judgment or your own responsibility. A tool you overtrust is worse than no tool at all.

The test every report must pass

After reading a GrahAI report, you should feel:

“I understand myself better.”

Not: “I'm afraid of my future.” If any report of ours ever leaves you with the second feeling instead of the first, we consider that a defect — and we want to hear about it at grievance@grahai.com.
