Birth details are among the most personal things you can share. If you want yours gone, it is one button in your account — no retention offers, no guilt screens, no phone calls.
1. One button
Sign in, open your Account page, and choose Delete account. We re-verify it is really you first.
2. 14-day grace
Deletion is scheduled with a 14-day grace window — change your mind by simply signing back in. No approval steps designed to make you give up.
3. Gone
Charts, reports, chats and birth details are permanently removed from our systems.
Can't sign in any more? Email a deletion request instead — verified and processed within 30 days.
Deleted permanently
- • Your account and login identity
- • Birth details (date, time, place) for you and anyone you added
- • All generated charts, reports and previews
- • Chat history with the AI
- • Email address and notification preferences
Retained (legal requirement)
- • Payment and invoice records — retained only as long as Indian tax law requires, then destroyed
Indian tax law requires businesses to retain transaction records. These records are kept isolated from product data and are not used for anything except compliance.
Why the 14-day grace window?
Deletion is irreversible, so we verify each request actually comes from the account owner (a fresh sign-in for the in-account button, a reply from your registered address for email requests) — and the grace window exists because a permanent erase triggered in a bad moment should be recoverable for a few days, not forever regretted. After 14 days, the purge is real: charts, chats, birth details, all of it.
