1. Send one email
From your account email, write to grievance@grahai.com asking for deletion.
2. Within 30 days
We verify it is really you, then erase your account and personal data. No approval steps designed to make you give up.
3. Gone
Charts, reports, chats and birth details are permanently removed from our systems.

Deleted permanently
- • Your account and login identity
- • Birth details (date, time, place) for you and anyone you added
- • All generated charts, reports and previews
- • Chat history with the AI
- • Email address and notification preferences
Retained (legal requirement)
- • Payment and invoice records — retained only as long as Indian tax law requires, then destroyed
Indian tax law requires businesses to retain transaction records. These records are kept isolated from product data and are not used for anything except compliance.
Why email, not a button?
Deletion is irreversible, so we verify each request actually comes from the account owner before erasing anything — an email from your registered address is that verification. We would rather be honest about a 30-day manual process than show you a “delete” button that quietly does less than it claims.
