Is this a template, or is it actually written from my chart?
The positions are computed from the Swiss Ephemeris using your date, exact time and birthplace — the same ephemeris professional astrologers use — and the writing is generated per chart from those positions. It is not a pre-written document with your name inserted. That is also why it takes a couple of minutes rather than being instant.
What if I don't know my exact birth time?
Birth time sets the Lagna and the house cusps, so an approximate time makes house-based readings less reliable. The planets' signs barely move in an hour or two; the Moon is the exception — it changes nakshatra about once a day, and every hour of error moves dasha dates by months. You can mark the time as approximate when you enter it, and the reading leans on the placements that do not depend on it.
Can I read it in my own language?
