Daily colour choice can either support or fight your planetary needs. Lal Kitab is specific about which colours invoke and which colours repel each planet.

Planet-wise examples

Saffron / red on Sunday → Sun
White / silver on Monday → Moon
Red / coral on Tuesday → Mars
Green / pale yellow on Wednesday → Mercury
Yellow / gold on Thursday → Jupiter
White / pastels on Friday → Venus
Black / dark blue on Saturday → Saturn
Blue / grey for Rahu remedies
Multi-colour / smoke for Ketu remedies

Rules for Vastra (Clothing / Colour)

AVOID Saturn's colours (black, dark blue) on Sundays (Sun day) — direct opposition. AVOID Sun's colours (red, saffron) on Saturdays (Saturn day) — same logic. Colour timing matters more than colour intensity.
