Varshphal, and the Muntha you can work out yourself
A Varshphal (Tajika annual chart) is cast for the moment the Sun returns to the exact sidereal longitude it held at your birth — your true astrological birthday, which lands a day either side of the calendar one. It reads one year, not a life, and it is the system Indian astrologers use for "what does this year hold" rather than the natal chart.
The Muntha
The Muntha is a moving sensitive point, and it is the one component of the annual chart that needs no calculation at all — only your age. It begins at your natal ascendant in your birth year and moves forward exactly one sign for every completed year, so it returns to where it started every twelve years. Whichever house of the annual chart it lands in is where that year's emphasis sits.

Read your age across the first column — the pattern repeats every twelve years, which is why people often notice that ages 12, 24, 36 and 48 rhyme with each other.
Why the annual chart is not just your birth chart again
The Varshphal has its own ascendant, which depends on the clock time of the solar return — so two people born on the same day in different cities get different annual charts, and your own annual ascendant moves substantially from year to year. On top of that the Tajika system uses its own year lord (the Varshesh), chosen from five candidates including the lords of the annual and natal ascendants and the day of the week the return falls on. It is a genuinely separate reading, not a re-run.
Which is also why the Muntha table above is a starting point rather than an answer: it tells you the sign, and the annual ascendant decides which house that sign becomes.
