A weak Moon manifests as: difficult mother relationship, chronic mental restlessness, insomnia, anxiety, water-related ailments, lack of emotional satisfaction despite material success, eyesight issues (left eye specifically). Lal Kitab specifically links weak Moon to the inability to "feel at home" anywhere in life — a defining modern complaint.
Mars

Lal Kitab is unique in classifying Mars into TWO distinct types: "Mangal Nek" (auspicious Mars, in houses 1/4/7/10) and "Mangal Bad" (afflicted Mars, in houses 4/7/8/12 with other malefics). Mars rules brothers, courage, land/property, blood, surgery, military, and bold action. A weak or Bad Mars manifests as: conflict with brothers (especially younger), accidents, blood disorders, anger management issues, property disputes, surgical complications, recurring delays in courage-required moments. Strong Mars gives entrepreneurial energy, athletic vitality, land/property gains, and physical resilience.
Ketu

Its permanent house is the 6th (enemies, disease, service — but for Ketu specifically, the 6th becomes the house of past-life karma resolution). Ketu is also a lunar node — its effects are inverse to Rahu's. Weak/afflicted Ketu manifests as: difficulty with sons (especially second son), inability to focus on material goals, recurring detachment from achievements, mysterious skin/joint issues that doctors can't pinpoint, premature spiritual disillusionment. Strong Ketu produces extraordinary intuitive/occult/spiritual gifts — Lal Kitab calls Ketu the "flag of liberation."
Why "Pakka Ghar" and not your rising sign
This is what separates Lal Kitab from the rest of Vedic astrology. The twelve houses are fixed: house 1 is Aries for everyone, house 2 Taurus, through to house 12 Pisces. And every planet has a permanent house — its pakka ghar — the same for everyone: Saturn belongs to the 10th, Jupiter belongs to the 2nd, Moon belongs to the 4th. A planet sitting in its own permanent house behaves very differently from one that is not, and the remedies follow from that.
The part people get wrong: the khana is the rashi. A planet drawn in khana 1 is a planet in Aries — the box and the sign are the same object, which is why Saturn in Capricorn sits in khana 10 for everyone.
